How to book

Before making a booking please check our availability & fees.

All bookings require a completed booking form for either a single event or multiple/repeated bookings, and a signed ‘conditions of use’ agreement. The appropriate forms are available below. 

The booking fees may be paid by electronic transfer. Our account details are included in the details with the booking forms. We accept bank transfer payments and are still able to accept cheques if necessary.

A deposit is required for single event or date bookings once confirmed by the lettings secretary. This may also be paid by electronic transfer or cheque. No deposit is required when booking multiple or repeated regular and repeated dates or events.

Help & guidance

The Victory Hall holds a premises licence, necessary for large events (over 80 people or so), events where the general public pay an admission charge (including charity events), film shows, and other regulated entertainments. To find out more and if your event requires licensing click here.
